Pennsylvania’s car thieves stole two Honda vehicle models more than any other automobile in 2015, according to a new study.
The National Insurance Crime Bureau this week released its annual “Hot Wheels” report, which breaks down the most stolen car models in each state using data provided by law enforcement agencies. And last year, it seems, Honda sedans were the hot ticket.
The 10 most stolen car models in Pennsylvania in 2015 are as follows:
1. 1997 Honda Accord (544 thefts)
2. 1998 Honda Civic (539 thefts)
3. 2006 Ford Pick-up full size (303 thefts)
4. 2014 Toyota Camry (269 thefts)
5. 2015 Nissan Altima (261 thefts)
6. 2006 Chevrolet Impala (224 thefts)
7. 2014 Toyota Corolla (210 thefts)
8. 2003 Chevrolet pick-up full size (203 thefts)
9. 1999 Jeep Cherokee/Grand Cherokee (188 thefts)
10. 2015 Chevrolet Malibu (159 thefts)
